WVU Band's Orange Bowl Appearances

ob1No WVU bowl appearance would be complete without the WVU marching band, "The Pride of West Virginia." The band is nationally renowned, having won the 1997 John Philip Sousa Foundation's Sudler Trophy, considered the Heisman Trophy for marching bands.

The band, which has more than 370 members, will leave Morgantown the morning of Jan. 1 with an overnight stop in Augusta, GA before heading on to Miami Beach.

The "Pride" will depart Miami on Jan. 5 and return to Morgantown in the afternoon of Jan. 6.
